1. 网上订票与支付适用于常州大剧院所有演出。
2. 网上订票者必须首先登录网站，然后选择相应的演出和场次，输入订票信息并且生成订单。
3. 大剧院工作人员收到订单后，确认座位，并生成预订号，以电话的形式确认其座位信息，通知其三天内内到常州大剧院票务中心取票，取票时须凭本人身份证。
4. 注意事项：
       a) 演出当天12点后不接受预定。
       b) 预定单发送成功仅代表我们收到此订票单，并不代表预定成功，只有收到我们的确认回复才代表预定已经成功。
       c) 所填信息不全或者不真实的订购单将被视为无效。
5. 配送说明：网上付款成功后常州市区免费送票，演出开始前一周停止送票。

尊敬的女士们、先生们，你们好，为了给您和所有观众提供一个高雅的艺术氛围，请您协助我们做好以下几点：

1. 请您着装整洁，持有效票券入场。
2. 请勿将食品，饮料带入观众厅内。盛装食品、饮料的容器请予以寄存。
3. 1米以下儿童谢绝入场（儿童专场除外）；1米以上儿童请照章购票；儿童专场全部凭票入场。
4. 未经允许，不得在现场拍照、摄像、录音。以上设备一并谢绝带入场内。
5. 进场观看演出时请关闭手机等通讯设备或调至静音。
6. 请照顾好您的小孩，不要在观众厅内跑闹，以免摔伤。
7. 严禁在场内大声喧哗。
8. 演出期间请勿随意走动。
9. 迟到的观众请在门口稍候，幕间稍息时，在服务员引领下轻轻入场，就近入座。
10. 中场休息出门时，请向门口服务员领取副券，以便再次入场。
11. 场内严禁吸烟，嚼口香糖。
12. 入场前，请您将超过A4纸（L30cm×H21cm）的大包、衣物、长柄伞、塑料袋等存放在大堂一层入口的衣帽间处。
